Patrons rave about the extensive variety—from grilled delights to an impressive sushi selection—that caters to diverse palates. Guest Giuseppe I highlights the irresistible array of dishes and delectable desserts, emphasizing the attentive service that enhances the dining experience.
However, opinions vary on the sushi's freshness, as noted by Grace Park, who felt the flavors fell short of expectations. Yet, the overall ambiance remains warm and welcoming, supported by friendly staff, making it an inviting spot for families and gatherings. Yomi Ade praises the organized service, which includes a thoughtful approach to ticketing and seating, ensuring a smooth dining experience.
Though some diners, like Awesome Sauce, express concerns about the pricing structure—citing the absence of an all-you-can-eat option—the quality of food consistently shines through. Based on 4,040 reviewsSiqueira Grill & Sushi in Copacabana is widely appreciated for its extensive buffet offering, blending Brazilian barbecue with Japanese cuisine, including sushi. Reviewers frequently highlight the variety of dishes available, from traditional grilled meats to seafood and desserts, catering to diverse tastes. The freshness of the sushi receives mixed impressions, though the overall food quality and seasoning are praised. The establishment's clean environment and attentive, friendly service are consistently noted as positive aspects. While the absence of an all-you-can-eat pricing option is occasionally mentioned as a drawback, the well-organized service and pleasant ambiance make it a favored spot for both locals and visitors seeking a reliable and varied dining experience.
Every time I comeback to Copacabana, I don’t miss the chance to have lunch or dinner here. Huge choice of delicious food and desserts. Service is top !!
So many variety of options! Including a bunch of desserts and ice cream People are saying the sushi is fresh but I did not think it tasted or looked fresh at all Service is kind and restaurant is clean!
Its a buffet place aka "kilo place" (in Brazil) Good food, good variety. Anything from rice and beans to sea food and sushi. Have a decent size wine list too. My only problem with the place is that there is no "All you can eat" option for a fixed price so it can get pretty expensive really quick. Other than that there is not much to complain. If you are in Copacabana you won't be disappointed if you choose this place for your next bite.
Great place to eat authentic Brazilian style food as well as International kitchen and great Sushi. The staff is really friendly which makes your visit a good choice. They also have delicious sweets.
Super tasty food. The grills were well seasoned and done, the buffet variety was wide and catered fommto every need. The freshly squeezed fruit drink was so refreshing. Well organised from the queue at the door, ticketing, seating guests at tables, taking your drinks orders, weighing your food and payment on exit. And the array was quite colourful and the ambience warm. Ideal for Sunday brunch with family. Kid friendly. Not cheap, but won't break the bank
It was our last day in Brazil, and our last day of our epic Tour of Latin America. It was also my daughter's 14th birthday today and she wanted to celebrate dinner at a traditional Brazilian BBQ buffet. It was a little harder to decide which one to go to based on reviews and prices, however after much time, I decided to go with Siqueira Grill. When we arrived, we had to decide either weigh-and-pay for each plate, or the all-you-can-eat buffet. We all decided to do the buffet, but drinks were separate. Most of the others also charged extra for the dessert bar, but this was included. I'm glad we did because it was close by, the price was fair (about $23 per person) and the food was pretty good!
Very reasonably priced buffet which you pay for what you eat by weight. They had such a variety of options and tons of it. Unfortunately all the grilled meat is way over done (we like ours medium rare but this was even a step up from well done) however everything else was excellent. The sushi was amazing. Fresh and you had the choice of sashimi which was very inexpensive. Great way to taste different things. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Very nice restaurant.
